Recruitment means that we locate suitable staff for your needs, assuming total or partial responsibility for the recruitment process. When we have found the right candidate, you enter into an employment contract with the applicant.

Employee leasing means that we provide suitable staff; we are the employers as a HR services provider, but the staff work for you.

How is temporary work managed between those involved?

Temporary work takes the shape of a triangular relationship. As a temporary employment agency, we have a contractual relationship with you as a client company and an employment contract with the temporary worker, who in turn has an employment relationship with your company where he or she provides work services. The leasing agreement regulates all the details concerning the "supply" of temporary employees.

Who in my company is authorised to issue instructions to temporary staff?

In your company, the relevant manager is authorised to issue instructions just the same as with your own staff.

Who is responsible for their training?

Powerserv provides general training. You should provide any workplace and job-related training in your company before they start work.

What is our company's liability?

There is no difference between temporary employees and your own staff with regard to liability.

To whom should accidents be reported?

Accidents involving temporary staff in your company should be reported to the temporary employment agency. The temporary employment agency will then produce the necessary accident reports. Irrespective of this, you should also record and document any accidents involving temporary staff in your company.
